Our venue

On the outskirts of town, our quaint country club is a hidden gem amongst longleaf pines and natural wetlands. Duplin Country Club is the perfect place for a wedding, boasting country charm with woodland views and natural stone and wood accents.

Our newly renovated clubhouse is the largest venue on the property. At 5,550 square feet, you’ll be impressed by the immaculate setting that is highlighted by elegant stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, wood beams and large windows. The space can be setup for a ceremony or reception and can fit up to 250 people at tables and chairs. The clubhouse features a dance floor and a kitchen nearby for caterers. After you see this space, you won’t want to get married anywhere else.

We also have smaller spaces ideal for pre-wedding gatherings or getting ready on the big day. These rooms can fit 20 – 55 people and are situated near the main room of the clubhouse.

Our services

The staff at Duplin Country Club goes above and beyond to make your wedding day one you’ll want to relive for years to come. Along with our venue spaces, we offer a full-service bar with required ABC permits. Our bartenders are available for hire to serve guests responsibly and improve their overall experience.

Our clubhouse features a kitchen ideal for caterers to stage food and keep it temperature controlled throughout your wedding. We will work with you to select a caterer based on our approved list of reliable vendors.

$1,500 for 8 hours / $200 per additional hour

Member’s Lounge

Includes tables and chairs for 20 people and 1 bartender.
$125 per hour

Gathering Room

Includes tables and chairs for 20 people.
$50 per hour

Small Dining Room

Includes tables and chairs for 35 people.
$75 per hour

Small Dining Room and Gathering Room

Includes tables and chairs for 55

Outdoor Terrace

Includes tables and chairs for 48 people
$50 per hour

Linen Rental

Additional linens for registration, buffet, and side tables will be determined based on size and quantity.
$12 per table

Bar Service

Additional $25 per hour, per bartender, plus the cost of drinks.

Getting married on a budget? Rent one of our facilities on Sunday or Thursday and get 10 percent off the listed rental rate. Reserve one of the facilities Monday – Wednesday and get 15 percent off the listed rental rate.
